How to Prepare for a Self Acceptance Session

    Prepare a week before a session by noticing in what areas of your life you would like to feel better.  For example:  “I would like to truly love myself and my body”  “I would like to have more energy and be happier at work”   “I would like to not feel so overwhelmed and be free of pain in my joints”.  The more you want to get out of a session the more you get.

   Whatever you are getting ready to release will start to stir in the days preceeding the healing appointment. If you begin to feel ill or simply odd, these are the very symptoms and blocks that are on their way out.  Coming to the Self Acceptance session will assist these blocks and symptoms to keep moving on and out of your body. You will want to choose a time when you can relax and perhaps even nap after the session.

Feeling a greater sense of wholeness.

Reacting to life situations with a sense of power and peace.

Physically feeling better.

Emotionally feeling better.

Experiencing a greater connection to God.

 

The Ingredients of a Self Acceptance Session

    A three-legged stool must have all three legs strong to support the ‘Self’ sitting at the top.  Healing must support all three ‘legs of the stool’, which are physical, mental (sub-conscious) and emotional.  From a Self Acceptance session the sub-conscious has been reset, the emotional block has been released and the body has been healed. 

                                                 


    Listening to God and your Angels, Barbra has a natural gift to identify core patterns within a person’s life and emotions.    Self Acceptance sessions begin with conversation that help a person to realize what they are feeling and then to make peace with it.  An emotion can only be healed if it is allowed to be felt.

 

    Next the session proceeds to the table where remedies are tested and auricular points are found.  The remedies and auricular provides body detoxification and support to key brain centers for healing transformation.   Finally, self-hypnosis statements are given to heal the mind, while energy work is done at a healing center at the base of the neck.   Self-Hypnosis statements are crucial in re-programming the racing mind and replacing the negative tapes in the head.

   

In sum remember to:

Physical:     Take your remedies.   Eat well, rest, and exercise.

Emotional:   Let your emotions be felt.  Resist saying-- Why am I feeling this way?    

                   Or I shouldn’t be feeling this!  Only what you resist persists. 

Mental:        Use the healing statements daily with meditative breathing

                   Remember to affirm good thoughts all throughout the day.   Lovingly parent the

                   mind and be conscious of where your thoughts are heading.
