The Five Basics: #4 - Daily Exercise
Exercise will play a big part in your ability to heal and detoxify your body in a safe and effective manner.
It is crucial to add exercise into your life at least 3 times a week
for at least 20 minutes at each session. Start some simple exercises
like taking a brisk walk, rebounding, stretching, yoga, swimming,
biking, aerobics, Tai Chi, and/or Qi Cong.
Rebounding is gentle jumping on a small trampoline, which powerfully stimulates lymphatic detoxification. Your lymph moves when you move.
If you can't get out due to cold weather , exercise tapes work great, i.e.; Yoga, Tai Chi, etc.
Your practitioner will recommend what exercise is right for you.
